Avoid Slade like the plague! .They send bogus invoices - invoicing patient for services/medication never received.They send (incorrect) invoices to wrong addresses - then hand the patient over to debt collectors.Customer service is pathetic.

Why on earth when you are prescribed 14 tablets but are given 112. Absolute rip off, bad for landfill and over charged. Do not recommend this pharmaceutical company.
