No immediate signs of the location of the reception. Receptionist have no communication skills. Pricing was fluctuating from initial quote and final quote when the same repair work was done.

Good auto service center. Very friendly staff sorry but i get to compare this with the other Talyer auto shop branches but this one even though this is newest among branches (as far as i know), the service level is far good than the other. 5he friendliness of the branch manager here is superb! She offered us a lift (which is more than a replacement of service car offered by other shops). Kudos to the team.

The staff are a pleasure to deal with, they are all polite and the mechanic will tell you what failed and what they are fixing (if you are interested to know like in my case). I got a problematic Ford Territory 2005 model and they fixed the transmission leak replacing all the seals in it. I also bring my car here in Truganina branch for a sevice (which is now on its third since I had it) and they also clean the vehicle as part of the service. Good pricing, Highly recommended!

First time to use their service for a regular routine check.Squeaky noises heard a day after the service was completed.Car returned to get that noise fixed. Talyer Auto Truganina advised this was normal. Not convinced with the response.Next day, the smell of oil was all over.Oil filter cap gone missing. Oil spilt all over the engine, causing major safety concerns.Disappointed with the service.Not coming back as this is not acceptable at all.
