Matt from Sycit was very helpful and quick in responding to me. He was also very honest in the diagnosis of my computer (it was cheaper to replace then to fix). It’s clear that Matt’s focus is on providing good customer service rather then just trying to make a quick buck. Thanks again Matt, although you weren’t able to fix my computer, you were still very helping in discussing alternatives with me.

Matt Potts is young, enthusiastic, and knows his stuff. I haven't needed an IT professional since closing my business last year, but needed someone in a hurry recently and found SYCIT.
