He is unprofessional in his job, he spends too much time on tasks not related to work. He is over price with uncompleted job. I will not recommend this company to anyone as i just wasted my money and time with nothing being fixed.I have a tax innvoice that i can email it to you to prove it. I am 100% sure that you have came and wasted my time and money!

Not happy with the outcome of the repair work. I had an issue with the thermostat on my bar fridge. Carlos replaced it but said I needed a new relay also because the fridge motor was not starting properly. Within 2 days the fridge was tripping my fuse box. It turns out the motor stopped working and the fridge was dead. I paid $480 for parts and labour but ended up getting $100 back for the thermostat which he could re-use. The actual cost of the thermostat was $180. The whole reason I wanted the fridge repaired was to save buying a new one. I should have done that from the start instead of wasting my time and money on this bad repair work.

Carlos looked after us really well. We had a problem with our fridge and he fixed it within 30 mins for a very reasonable price. He was friendly, responsive, punctual and very transparent with what the problem was and how it can be prevented in future. Would highly recommend.
