Music Journey
The piano teacher at Music Journey is great, however, I was disappointed with the customer service. They booked an extra lesson without confirming with us first, causing confusion. When I asked if it was our last lesson of the term, they said yes, but it turned out to be the additional lesson they had scheduled for us. The invoices are also unclear, sometimes showing each lesson and other times just a total for the term. Overall, the piano teacher is good, but the customer service can be frustrating.
