Nathan's Place
Nathan's place is an excellent choice. It's spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and <5 min walk to the hotel & cafe in Whitfield. It was more spacious & homely than we expected, with a lovely little deck in the front overlooking the fields and mountains in the background. I definitely recommend it.

Stayed for one night and had the best sleep on a very comfortable bed that had ironed linen. What a treat. Oil heating was very fast and warm on an extremely cold night. All amenities were very clean and worked well. The shower was awesome. Best part was sitting on the veranda watching the sunrise through the fog laden valley while having breakfast. Overall a great nights stay at a very reasonable cost. Just watch the ramp up to the veranda. Its a little bit wonky.

Very neat and clean. Location was great with easy walking distance to the pub and a short drive to the big wineries. Thanks Nathan - our first visit to the King Valley but we'll be back to try the new vintages!Update: Another great stay during the King Valley Challenge. This is a great spot to enjoy some time away from the city.

Loved Nathan's Place.Really relaxed homely place, lovely little side yard with a lemon tree. Beautiful surrounds, great for walking and bike-riding. House was very clean.
