Communication was fantastic, build dates were adhered to and in a period 8 days, site excavation to a pool full of water with bond beam poured. Just excellent. Highly recommend and we have been recommending them to anyone who asks. We used John and Charissa after friends had their pool installed by them. Our experience was the same as theirs. Always professional and they alway did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it. They are just good honest people. We never once had a problem and John was always available, always answered calls, answered every silly question patiently and was always polite and helpful. After installation service is the same. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

John and Charissa were great to deal with, so patient having to deal with our council. While it was a long process because of that, once the pool started I couldn't believe how quickly and professionally it went in. John really knows his stuff and is happy to answer calls for even what seems like the silliest question. He has a great team working with him and they are really competitively priced. NU LOOK pools installed my pool 4 years ago. At the time I was very impressed with their work. My opinion has not changed since then. I have rung them several times over the last 4 years and they are always happy to answer questions and offer advice and solutions. I have always dreamed of living in a house that had a pool. Nulook Pools helped to make that dream a reality. From the time I decided that I wanted a pool installed I knew that Nulook Pools was the place to go and I am definitely not disappointed. Both Tony and John have been incredibly helpful and professional through the whole journey. They were able to give advice on the best size, position and type of pool that would suit the space, taking into account the building and planning requirements. The whole process went very smoothly from contract signing through to installation and handover with the communication throughout the process being second to none. What I am most impressed with is the after sales service - if I have any questions or concerns about the levels of chlorine and ph levels or about the chlorinator or heat pump Tony and John are more than willing to assist. After busting my wife for about 8 years to let me put a pool in she caved and said go for it. We had John and Charissa come out and look at what we could do (we’re on a big block but due to act gov we were limited where we could put it) they came up with a solution and did everything start to finish. So happy I went with these guys and even happier that it’s in and we will get a few good swims in before the Canberra winter comes.
