Fantastic dealership ! , purchased my car there 3 years ago and I couldn’t fault the whole experience. The reason I am writing this now is because I just traded and bought a new car from a different dealership and had the opposite experience.Would have dealt with these guys again but they didn’t have the car that I wanted in stock.I will definitely wait next time before rushing in.Definitely recommend these people

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my vehicle with this dealership for over a year and have never once been contacted by the team with an update. My issue was first assessed last year and when I called to find out the decision (more than 2 months later) they had „no record“ of the initial consultation. I then had to wait until January for another assessment. It has been 5 months now and still no one from the company has contacted me despite following up every month or so.

I just purchased my Hyundai Venue Elite and dealt with Greg Brennan who was very helpful and I felt comfortable dealing with him right away. Greg listened to what I wanted and didn’t push his own opinion. Overall this was a great experience and I am extremely happy with the service I received and my new car!!

Awesome Staff, Made us feel very Welcome. We drove out from Sydney and glad we did. We talked, laughed and even brought a car.Beforehand we had gone to Castle Hill Hyundai and the Sales Rep made us feel very uncomfortable.

The date of our new car’s arrival keeps getting pushed back. Been waiting 12 months and still no word on when it will arrive. Wish I went to another dealer. They tried to cancel my contract, because the price has gone up since we signed our contract. Then they told us they ordered the wrong colour, just getting the run around.
