Abusive pieces of work. Can't tell clients why they have been cut off, people working FULL TIME, 80 hour fortnights and getting cut off because the 20yo preteen doesn't get full access to our payslips and bank details; they're high on power play and they honestly have so many lives in their hands, they think it's funny to punish the already struggling. Blatant lies; saying I didn't turn up to my appt, then tells me i was there 3 times in the same day being abusive, so which was it???

A joke as these clowns that work there are only interested in getting there bounus and don't listen and send u crap that is not suitible and cut u off when u tell them that is not suitable eg ) truck driver or any driving jobs when I have restricted license) so im now cancelled from payment and expected to live on air thank max employment u dicks

0 star rating, I'm amazed how this organization isn't under investigation. Appalling customer service, ignorant and arrogant staff unwilling and unmotivated to help nothing but drama and an overall disruption to your way of life. Absolutely underqualified to deal with anyone with serious mental health problems.
