yes Optus Brookside

Horrible service!Asked a few questions and then addressed the hack and my worry! Jarred just left and said to leave!So arrogant also extremely patronising! Clearly everyone here bothers him, not sure why he chose he job in customer service if he is not a “people” person!Still waiting to see if the lady here is more competent!Awful service

I attended the optus shop Brookside to pick up a 'sim card' after talking to Optus by phone 2 days earlier. Whilst Optus sent me a ref# to collect one from any optus store, the staff member refused to give me one, as I wasn't the account holder.Apparently having authority on a business account gives you NO authority, having a ref # from Optus means nothing.WILL NEVER GO BACK TO OPTUS BROOKSIDE. Staff totally lacking in common-sense. I thought staff in an optus shop worked for optus - Apparently not.I give them no stars, but I had to mark 1 star to post.

I needed help with my mobile phone to updateMy A/c. I'm almost blindOnly one EYE and I'm nearly 85

Understaffed, overpriced products and unable to assist with anything that isn't purchasing. No need to go in store unless you plan on buying something as they are unable to assist with account issues.

I've Been a Loyal Customer With Optus for 20 year .and people work in thier store could not help me or made out they wouldn't have a clue to help me with my mobile phone still been hacked .it's been a night mare email disappear of they said there only. No how to sell moblie phone

The service at this store is exceptional. I've had a few great experiences here. With customers coming and going they are very good at triaging clients or at least acknowledging that you are there, something I appreciate. I was helped by John who was fantastic in helping me with an upgrade, he was friendly and made sure I got the best phone/deal. They really look after their customers. Thanks to the team:)

The manager, Blake, just restored my confidence in Optus and customer service big time! I was having problems with head office about the return of a modem. I called the store but they were flat out at lunch time. He took my details and promised to call back. He did better than that. He called an account manager and sorted out the problem. I had already spent quite a bit of time on phone to Optus (or on hold) and really didn’t want to do that again. Later that day I received a call from an account manager and everything was fixed. Very grateful to Blake for a job week done. Top marks.

An Exceptional team are working here, all staff were friendly and welcoming and happy to have a joke with customers.I was served by a new staff member who was learning as we went and I was happy to see their encouragement from senior staff, and I never felt like I was being neglected.

I had a great experience about a week and a half ago. As a telstra customer I received below average service from that store and decided to give Optus a go. The guy who served me was very friendly, efficient and made the whole process quick and easy! Definitely recommend this store & the staff

I had the misfortune of attending this Optus store today to ask for help on 3 issues with my account. There was a guy serving another customer who came over almost immediately & told me it should only be a 5 or 10 min wait (great service). I was then served by another staff member who was rude and essentially refused to help. He wouldn't look at my account on the computer (just told me what he thought may be the issue) and told me to call the 133 937 helpline number (one of the reasons I attended the store in the first place was because I had been unable to call 13 numbers, including the Optus helpline, from my mobile for an entire week). He failed to resolve my first two queries. I started to talk to him about the third but he was so rude and hostile that I just told him not to worry about it and walked out.
