So pleased with my most recent experience here. They did a fantastic job saving a dress I thought was too far gone. Fixing some huge stains, adding stitching and mending pulled threads for a very affordable price. 10/10 - would recommend.

I have had the ULTIMATE in results for both my suede jacket & leather coat. Both times I was given advice that not all marks can be removed, or that there could be a problem with dyes used on the leather or results may not be as hoped for. You are given professional & honest advice however, overall, there is usually an improvement. Both times I was completely delighted with the results. Some blemishes were still present but totally OK. It adds to the character". Should results be "poor" it'd come down to "bad luck" rather than neglect. Worth going out of your way for & most likely excellent for wedding garments & special items."

I can not thank these beautiful people enough!! I thought my wedding dress & veil were beyond repair from all the rain and mud but after some serious hard work & magic it looks good as new!! Thank you so so much. Amazing work.

Best dry cleaner in Sydney. [Also better than other Blue&Whites]Crisp business shirts, no wrinkles, doesn't crack buttons, doesn't fray stitching.I tried many dry cleaners in the Lower North and they're the best, then I moved to the Inner West and tried every local dry cleaner and they don't match up either, so I still make the trip here to get my shirts dry-cleaned.

Really outstanding customer service, I called up to see if they would be able to clean one of my suits last minute and they were very accommodating, even though it was very very last minute.They did and outstanding job and it looks even better then the day I brought it, they even repaired a button on my shirt I forgot to ask them to do.I’m not sure why people are saying the prices are to high. Considering how accommodating, professional and how fantastic the workmanship is on such a last minute job it’s definitely worth it.

I want to share a story about what an honest business B&W Dry Cleaners. On more than one occasion my dry cleaning has been returned with $50 notes in an envelope but more recently an antique broach was saved and returned to us from my wife’s dry cleaning. In every case it could have easily not happened and we’d be none the wiser. So we’ll done to you for the honesty of your staff and team.

I’m always concerned when taking my clothes to a dry cleaner, with finding someone that can do a fantastic job, now I’ve found one, Blue & White Dry Cleaners Neutral Bay!!I’ve had so many of my expansive clothes ruined by other dry cleaners it wasn’t worth taking them to have them returned and not being happy and having to pay for them.When I picked my clothes up 14 items in total everyone was perfect like I picked them off the rack in the shop.Smelt fantastic, impeccably wrinkle free, all items were on hangers with tissue paper under each items, all staff were super friendly and helpful one lovely lady helped me carry the clothes out to my car, when they were all super busy, who does that this day and age?Not to mention it was great value for money!Thank you I’ll be back !!!!!

10/10I was referred to this business by my local dry cleaner as they are experts in leather.My 25 year old brown leather jacket became very mouldy after the recent humidity. I took it to Neutral Bay and I picked up the jacket today and it's 100% perfect.The jacket also needed stitching and they were able to work with a local supplier who hand stitched the jacket and honestly, I'm over the moon.Thank you for your professionalism.Yes, the repair cost me $160, however, given the quality of the jacket that I bought in London in the mid-90s, I would pay it again and again.
