I recently dropped into the good guys after receiving quite poor service from a local competitor. Lee provided me with outstanding customer service and was extremely knowledgeable around the Television range which allowed me to make an informed decision on what tv I should buy. I will definitely be back for other items going forward.

Ordered and paid for a fridge. Was assured at time of purchase that it would take 1 week to arrive. After one and a half weeks I called for an update. There was no record of the fridges location, and it had not been dispatched from the warehouse. Also there was no record of the fridge model actually in stock at the warehouse. I wish I had been informed at time of purchase. Going in today to get my payment back.

Kambrook tower fan, like most products from the good guys is an absolute dud. Poor warranty on goods that are lucky to last 6 months. Stop buying their rubbish.
