I had to attend the Erina branch a few months ago for a very confusing situation around a rego plate error from another branch. Both Angela (concierge) and Sharon (agent) were excellent, helping with the initial investigations of the issue. The Manager (Vanessa), then took over and followed through with subsequent representations in order to rectify the issue. The communication, resolution and follow up's were exceptional. Very happy that I had the team at Erina to assist!

Erina Service is the most incompetent site in NSW. I don’t know why I came back here a 2nd time. The staff have no problem solving skills and the manager on-site was even less helpful. This is the 2nd time I’ve attempted to submit documentation here and it’s been denied. The same documentation has been accepted at the newcastle site on both occasions. Central Coast is a waste of stress and time.

Really happy with the customer service I experienced here yesterday. Angela was able to help me regarding a rego enquiry and went above & beyond in providing info, and what next steps I can take - need more people like her in the world!I noticed that other staff in the office were friendly and approachable, and were always proactive in offering assistance to everybody who needed it. Thanks team!

To be honest it was a better experience than I was expecting. Friendly staff and pretty well organised. Always keep in mind. Fill out the form correctly and it will happen.

Have been to the Erina centre multiple times over the past months for licence and rego renewals and found the service to be excellent. Friendly and genuinely helpful staff who know what they are talking about and make things as easy as possible. Most times have waited for only a short period and today was served by the young lady at concierge in about 5 minutes without the need to venture to the counter, which was brilliant. Overall experience at this particular Service NSW has been good every time - congrats to all the staff there.

If the roads aren't bad enough... You basically damage your car visiting the service NSW center. The problem is literally on their doorstep and they still don't fix it.

Was very angry this morning, my partner and I came in to change our address one lady did it on the computer with me and put my partner in the line for the desk, when his ticket was called he told the lady he was here to change his address the lady gave him a form to fill out he asked her if she could help him fill it out she very rudely told him NO he has to go away and fill it out!! I was so angry when my partner told me this because he has a disability and has trouble reading and writing and needs help. I couldn't help him as I was with another lady changing mine, but tomorrow when we go back in there I will be having a word with this lady!!!
