We arrived in Adelaide six months ago for work. I didn't know anyone here and had to find a kennel to leave the dogs meanwhile we renovated the house we bought. At the same time, I had an accident and broke my right hand. The girls' daycare recommended Take The Lead for boarding services.The care and customer service we received from Amy and her team were outstanding. The dogs returned home happy and relaxed.DELIGHTED CUSTOMER!

Highly recommend Take the Lead training and boarding services. Our Jack Russell, Daisy, completed a 2 week stay and learn at Take the Lead in February 2023. We were so impressed with all of the staff and so happy with how much Daisy was able to learn in that short time.Daisy recently spent a weekend in the boarding facility, we were sent photos and an update on her second day there which put our minds at ease.Can't say enough about how wonderful the staff are, wouldn't go anywhere else.

My Rottie girl Lillie stayed at Take the Lead for a month over Christmas while I was overseas. I was so nervous about leaving her for so long as she was a rescue dog who had multiple homes before her forever home with me.She had daily one on one walks and also had extra country hikes and beach walks. I received daily pup-date pictures which really made me feel more relaxed on holiday.She looked great when we picked her up, well fed, washed, very happy and thankfully very tired so she slept for the next couple of days.It is obvious that the staff really care for the dogs and treat them all like they are their own pets. I am glad that we now have a place that I comfortable leaving our girl.I would highly recommend Take the Lead boarding for your dog.

Our Boxer, Coda, has now been to the farm multiple times and absolutely loves it. The daily pictures are great, and she comes home healthy and happy. The team and facilities are superb. If we could give 6 stars we would. Do not hesitate to have your dog board with Take the Lead.

Look no further than Take The Lead! I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!Our boy Wilson is a regular boarder and has recently completed a 3-week stay and learn package. We are so impressed with the outcome and can’t wait to build on what they have achieved in such a short space of time.They have fantastic facilities and an awesome team who have a genuine passion for what they do. You won’t be disappointed by their exceptional service.

Our rescue boy Axel (a camp dog from Coober Pedy) just spent 3 weeks here for a Board & Train. We were provided email updates twice a week including a collection of photos and able to follow his training journey on their instagram page everyday! Upon pickup; we received an extensive handover, including a practical session, and resources to help us further his training going forward.The first few days home already feel like we have a different dog. He is calmer, and already is easier to walk and train!Cannot recommend the Take the Lead team enough for their superb care and knowledge.

Pre Take The Lead I could not take Bella for a walk as she was too strong pulling and lunging on the lead. Bella then did a 4 week stay and learn and the change in her was amazing. She was calmer, was more engaged and now I can walk her and we have great walks. She is still her happy, playful, cheeky self, which is perfect.It was hard being away from her so long but they keep us updated with stories, photos and little videos. You could see she was learning but also having so much fun.The trainers are so patient and you can see how much they adore all of the dogs in their care.We cannot thank the team at Take The Lead enough for working with Bella so we now all have a calmer time together.Since then Bella has also stayed for a weekend board and she was so excited when she arrived - it just showed how wonderful they were with her.I recommend the team at Take The Lead without hesitation for training and baording.

My dog Chopper stayed there for 5 nights while I was away. They sent me his photos everyday. He looked happy in all the photos. Will send my baby there again when I need to travel overseas later this year.

We had our dog Prince a Belgian malinois stay at “Take the lead” for a month while we renovated our house. The love, care and attention he received there was above and beyond our expectations. Being a bigger dog who loves to run and explore, the farm stay was the perfect fit. The daily updates were amazing and reassuring. Seeing him running and playing with other dogs was so lovely. It was a long stay but we knew 100% he was having the best holiday and was in the best hands.Thank you to Aimee and the team at Take the Lead!
