I can't believe this place got all those 5 star reviews. It must be wrong!Paula is a very nice woman but she's far from being a professional!I came in for a facial. Not ones did she turn on the light to look and assess my skin. She works in a dark back room that looks like a janitor closet. When i come in to a beauty salon i expect to see a clean space like I'm walking into a surgery room... this place was far from that.To make things worse Paula kept massaging all the products directly into my EYES even though i said on a few accession that my eyes are burning.  I even had to tell her to stop and take out my contact lenses.Also she was massaging" my jaw for some reason

I had my first healing signature facial with Paula and it will not be my last! I will definitely be a regular after today.My skin feels and looks amazing and my partner immediately noticed a huge difference when I came home! The massage was quite seriously the best massage I've ever had - Paula you definitely have healing hands.It was such a relaxing experience in a beautiful space with calming music - I felt the stress leaving my body the second I lay down.But what surprised me most was how therapeutic and healing it was. Paula you truly have a gift.Thank you so much!

I was gifted a healing facial so this was my first time at Your Groom Room and the facial was amazing, very relaxing and I enjoyed the massage that came with it.My skin has been looking so nice since.I also had my eyebrows waxed and Paula did a great job, took the time to really work on them and not just rush me out of the door like other places.I will definitely be back.Thanks Paula for a great experience.

I have not had a male Brazilian for about nine years. I quickly learnt It is quite difficult to find somewhere that provides this service for men. My waxer was great she made me feel comfortable and was very competitively priced she used a combination of techniques.Everything was disposable and the place seemed very clean and hygienic. I will definitely be a returning client and would recommend Your groom room for anyone looking for this service.

It’s so much more than just a facial, it truly was a healing session. She not only cleansed my face but also my soul.Paula worked on deep rooted emotions that I was connected to regarding my skin. She picked up on emotions, insecurities & self sabotage I had around my skin for years. She cleansed and grounded my energy after my facial.After I left I felt quite emotional. This is rare for me. But I knew she balanced my feminine energy and brought the emotions to the surface to be released. I felt so light and free. This is something I have also struggled with in the past.Her lovely little room was fresh and full of beautiful energy. Relaxing and just perfect. I couldn’t have asked for more.It was my first experience with Paula and definitely won’t be my last. Her advise and knowledge of the skin on a spiritual level was impeccable. The time she spent with me over the phone for my consultation before I ever came for the facial was truly heart warming and honest. I used to get my brows threaded every 2 weeks to an unflattering shape they recommended for my face. Now, I get them done less frequently and I love how they look now!
