I like their customised approach, which is something I have not seen anywhere else before. The team are very professional and are helpful when it comes to making changes for injuries. The classes are enjoyable and you don't get bored.

Highly recommend. My husband and I have been going to this gym for a few years now. It’s the longest we have stuck to one place. Jay and T are fantastic, holistic trainers. They were able to trailer the programs for me whilst pregnant with twins and return after their birth. Good too if you have an injury to keep training and get lots out of each session. Small groups so you can keep technique and ask questions etc. Also offer great advice around metabolism and food intake.

Raw Training have helped me achieve some goals I'd almost given up on after a few failed attempts at improving my health & fitness. Since joining Raw, I can now water ski on 1 slalom ski again instead of 2 skis, I can play and coach netball again. I just generally have more strength and mobility for everyday life which is liberating. I have also lost 8kgs so far which feels great. I was and still am far from the 'ideal' client but the team at Raw were patient getting me started and adapted my programs around old injuries. Most importantly it's fun, the trainers are great and the whole crew are so friendly so I keep going.....then I get results, thanks guys!

I've been using Jay for nearly 3 years and have been quite impressed with his personal approach to managing my fitness, injuries and specific needs. Even in his classes, he will adapt training to take into account current injries or concerns. Well worth the investment and far superior to my previous PT.

Awesome coaches, great training environment and faciliities, an excellent and evolving program, and convenient times. The small group approach allows a personal touch to your program, including fixing technique and providing other health and fitness advice. Overall, a really good gym.
