This tailor is fantastic. The quality of the craftsmanship, as well as the customer service, are second to none. I highly recommend Jay and his team. I now have a tailor I trust and will always come back!

Terrible service- in fact lack of ANY customer service. Put my dress in on Tuesday for Friday pick up. Wasn't ready by said time of 10.30am. Were extremely rude- no apology just said to come back between 5 and 9pm that night. I go back at 8.45pm (allowed them ample time) still my dress had not been touched.All they gave me were excuses and blamed each other. Very disappointing. Again no apology.Company tag line is no delays

Didn’t check the alterations when I picked it up (I should have). When I got home and took it out of the bag i was totally shocked at the really terrible workmanship. If I were them I would have been embarrassed to hand it over.Taking it back today and hopefully have a trouble free fix.The male tailor has done work for me before with excellent results. I would recommend him. Unfortunately the females work is shoddy!!

Amazing service! 10/10I had a last minute alteration I needed done Before a wedding, my dress has a lot of detiail in the front and the staff knew exactly what to do so my dress could be taken in and up with out my dress being compromised.The whole process was friendly and very personal I felt very comfortable and the finished product I could not have been more happy with!The workmanship was high quality And I couldn't be happier. The staff gave me a great price also.Thank you thank you thank you!Highly recommended.I will defenatly be back for all my alteration needs.

Not worth it. Do yourself a favour and go to the other countless alteration shops in your area. This place not only charges double its competitors, but also lacks the skill to do a simple alteration job on suit pants. Gave them 2 suit pants to have their lengths altered, job took approx 4+ hours, end products' stitch lasted only one day after it was worn. Staff is rude and won't agree to fix it.

Dropped off a skirt only to have it altered incorrectly. Unfortunately didn’t check it upon pickup. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $20. It wasn’t ready when I told it would be and then had the owner get extremely frustrated and literally throw her hands up in the air like it was my error… awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Walked in last minute as I had been away on business in Sydney for a few days needing a hemming for pants for my mother’s funeral tomorrow , the lady who served me ( didn’t get her name ) was professional, efficient and with out hesitation advised me my pants would be ready in 30 minutes , I also asked if I paid extra if she would iron them for me as I don’t own an iron , she refused to take extra money for the ironing and when I picked up my pants 30 minutes later the were hemmed up and ironed to perfection, many thanks and I won’t hesitate to recommend this business too anyone , six stars from me .

The worst customer service - I dropped off 2 items to be altered. My pants the hem wasn’t bought up to where it was originally pinned and is still way too long but when I mentioned it they said it had been fixed and I would have to pay again to re do it. My dress the hem is completely uneven on each side by about 3cm but I needed to wear it that night to an event. Bought it in the next day to be fixed and they claimed the hem was perfectly even and didn’t want to fix it for me. It’s been dropped off 2 days ago and have called up about 10+ times today and there’s no answer on their phone. Pretty useless to have a phone number listed if they won’t answer it....

Good service and quick turn-around. Had my pants shortened there and some custom work done on another garment. Overall - quite satisfied!

I have had work done here before and the past few times it hasn't been a problem. However recently my partner had some work done here. The jeans were to be taken up and when we got them back the legs were different lengths - my partner took them back and after receiving a bad attitude from the staff member and then trying to claim there was no difference even when another customer that was there spoke up and said they could clearly see there was a difference as well. They agreed to fix them for her finally. She returned today to collect and they said that they would only return them to her if she paid to get them back. So she had to pay again even though it wasn't her fault and this was a mistake made by them. Terrible service... will not be using them in the future. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR A GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
