I have been at DD nearly 4 years. And I'm consistent in my praise of the great team who make exercise /dance/general fitness a complete joy. And my overhealth has improved, which I'm ever greatful for.I would highly recommend attending Dance Dynamics, there's so many dance /exercise classes/routines to choose from.Keeps us all mixing, moving and smiling.Nice combo!

Absolutely love Dance Dynamics! The team, the music and the atmosphere is always fun and full of laughter - the best way to lose weight but don't feel like you are at a gym. Definitely try the Zumba classes for a good workout, or challenge yourself with a jazz or hip hop class.

Dance dynamics is amazing. I joined for the love of dance and have had an experience of a life time. Not only has it improved my fitness levels but I've lost weight and improved my general health. I've built up my strength and toned my muscles. They have a great range of different style dance classes to try and performance courses to challenge yourself with. Come for fun or for a reason, either way, you won't regret it!

Dance Dynamics Rocks!!!!.........great variety of classes throughout the day and night from latin through to ballet including ZUMBA which gives a high energy workout with amazing instructors who make every class so much fun!
