Because they are a sub agent, they are open 7.30 - 6pm Mon to Sat. So if you need to post something on a Sat afternoon in Geelong, it’s a great resource. Lovely staff, very friendly!

I am not sure why LOUISE CHRISTINE just placed a negative review for. It is false, unwarranted and in this current state we are in, is just nasty. I am not sure which local businesses you are speaking to nor if you even are a local.I have lived in Geelong West for the last 15 years and have only positive feedback for the ladies that work at this post office/Tatts agency. The ladies are always friendly and so polite and our kids love them. I have had parcels go to them and I haven’t had any issues with picking them up. I highly recommend this Post Office/Tattslotto and newsagent.

Outstanding customer service. Always happy and helpful and friendly and have a can do attitude. Honestly the new owners have done a wonderful job with a new range of products since they have taken over. Great selection of cards and wrapping paper. Great help when posting parcels also, I would highly recommend this post office and use it several times a week.

And felt no pressure to purchase,I truly appreciated the staff,s patience,as they spent alot of time helping me.I returned hours later and purchased 3 items,that id previously looked at.I am happy to support this small business.
