Had a lovely breakfast this morning. Unfortunately we wanted pancakes but they were out of batter. I just want to give credit to the lovely waitress who was always smiling, very friendly and happily conversed with an elderly customer in store. Fantastic customer service by this young lady.

They served something that didn’t match the menu (missing ingredients) and then were condescending in response and snickered about it. The service was worse than the food.

I went here for breakfast a couple of weeks ago. The food was fantastic! Excellent serving size, well presented and extremely yummy! The coffee was also made great! Will definitely be back in the future

Good venue, fast service and friendly staff. I'd like to congratulate the inventor of the wobbly table. Certainly kept things interesting. Hopefully they rectify this soon

Slow to get food. The restaurant was practically empty ( early morning) but the food service was very slow .The food quality was awful for the price . Hash browns were cooked so long they were brittle and hollow .When this was mentioned to the manager she was indignant and couldn’t understand what the problem was .After visiting other coffee clubs , this place shouldn’t be part of the franchise

6 years ago this was one of my favourite places. Now, the place is dirty, old and tired. The waitress not happy, barely cracked a smile. The coffee tasted like dishwasher cleaner, I couldn't drink it. Forgot half my order. The water glass I had was dirty. Overpriced don't bother.

The chicken burger I had was seriously delicious and generous portion size. Staff efficient and friendly.
