Like Cleaning Services Group - End of Lease Cleaning, Bond & Exit Cleaning Adelaide

Very bad customer service.Just called to ask a quote for outside window cleaning and the person told me that it’s too expensive assuming the area asked to clean is small .Told me that it takes $250 to just come out - as if I don’t know what current rates are!! Then he tells me they only clean big houses !!Bad attitude and poor mind set .I will advise no one to take or use these people - obviously looks like they have a money minded mind set .

Communication prior to move was been great however the day of the clean not so great. The cleaner refused to clean parts of the house that were listed on the quote, was rude, refuse5d to hand the keys over when asked and needed to be asked a number of times to clean items expected as part of an end of lease clean (walls).Wouldn't recommend or use again.

I engaged Like Cleaning Services to conduct an end-of-lease clean on my rental property in Adelaide and was very impressed with their work - I received my full bond back (from a very nit-picky rental agency, mind you!)! Vahid is exceptionally hardworking, responsive and easy to deal with. Would 100% engage these guys again and recommend to anyone in need of an end-of-lease clean. Having to move out of a rental property (especially not by choice) is stressful enough without having to worry about spending hours deep cleaning every nook and cranny to ensure you meet the property agent's exacting standards. Vahid and his team know what they are doing and can can get the job done in an impressively short amount of time while ensuring no detail is missed. Well worth the money for a service you can trust. Also, I highly recommend paying the extra fee to have the walls deep cleaned (instead of spot cleaned) as it is good value for an extra detail that will make your life a lot easier :)

They completed an end of lease clean for us last week and we have had amazing feedback from our real estate company to the point they asked for the companies details to keep on file for other tenants. We received our full bond back. They were very polite and professional and made sure I was 100% happy with the clean before they charged me anything or left the property.

I had Vahid & Sahid come through and do an end of lease clean on an old single fronted cottage with floorboards and carpets. They were very honest about what they would do and they did a great job cleaning the place up. There was one small issue that came back from real estate agent (not related to their work, which was impeccable) but Vahid immediately liaised with the real estate agent and went back the next day to sort it out. The process of moving out of this house and doing the clean ourselves would have been a nightmare and I cannot recommend Vahid more highly. He’s a very friendly, very honest & trustworthy and hard working individual.
