Don’t waste your time, Rob is a worthless and petty individual. Costing estimates were poorly done and comunication just not there. Avoid.

The drawings appears good quality however poor communication, sloppy organization, low costing estimates and Rob takes little to no responsibility for his mistakes. If you use them expect their fees to go up a lot more. If you don’t want the hassle I suggest use a draftsman for just as good results.

I felt very disappointed by the outcome. The drawings were high quality but I feel like the whole process was let down by poor cost estimates and communication.
