Service SA Gawler

Very slow didnt seem to be organised at all. Will go to Elizabeth in future.

I went in to have my licence changed due to the data breach, there was a long line had to wait approximately 3/4 hour. The staff were so organised. The staff were wonderful and doing a fantastic job under the circumstances. You could see they were all feeling the pressure but they still treated everyone with a smile and respect.

Terrible service...always out to inconvenience people with their petty rules and regs, couldn't pay with my wife's card from our joint account but didn't mind me paying cash at an eftpos only covid safe counter, don't mind enforcing pathetic rules to inconvenience people yet don't enforce rules put in place to keep people safe.Never had an issue or been asked who's card I'm using in the past ,nor are their policies displayed in clear view (or anywhere in fact) to avoid inconveniencing customers, but really what more would you expect from this branch.I think the majority of the reviews here are from service SA workers and their family and friends because I don't know anyone happy with what they call service at the gawler branch.Because really have a look at the majority of these reviews and tell me they are legitimate ,half look like they wouldn't know how to turn on a PC let alone the reviews from account's that don't even have real names and the number of reviews these accounts have to their names are excessive as if all they do is prop up the positive reviews for these agencies....dodgey

Receptionist great.Not much privacy for conversations.

Really efficient service, every person I encountered was really lovely and helpful. I feel like the same task would have taken an hour in town, we were out in ten minutes

Lots of people lining up. Stuff under pressure but still helpful and offer good service.

No air con, no windows...hot & stuffy! A million people there on a Friday arvo & only a handful of workers to cater to tgem, the wait time was ridiculous. Friendly staff however.

Friendly and helpful staff.Be prepared to wait!This is a very busy store. You can wait over 30min to be served.Kylie, lovely lady, assisted my son to update a Proof of Age card. She was friendly and polite. Worth the wait.
