I recently purchased a ktm 1290 superduke, the process could not have been better, nothing was a problem for Brett and after sales service especially from Shane was the best I've ever experienced. This is how it should be done, to say I was impressed and thankfull is a huge understatement, well done guys!

Went in looking for a bike, 3 staff members sat at the desk 2 of them doing nothing, worst service from any of the bike shops I visited today by far. Very aloof and offered no assistance with anything, wasn’t even willing to get off the seat and show other options.

Walked into the shop after a mate recommended them. I had a part off my bike that was aftermarket that had broken and I couldn’t re order so he suggested seeing the boys at Moto1 to see what they could do, mind you ive never been a customer there before, and David one of the mechanics listened and helped me out without hesitation, gave me a part I needed free of charge and saved me a heap of money and helped me out with no real obligation too what so ever. Bloke needs a raise. Absolute legend, definitely getting business again soon

Drove almost 3 hours for Brett & Shane’s 5 star service as they were the only bike shop to find my boys new model Ktm and also give me the HONEST and RIGHT advice regarding the new model arrival. Worth the drive for me to get the customer service plenty of the other shops I’ve dealt with definitely don’t have. I was also able to recently buy some parts trackside from Moto1 since they support and sponsor the local racing scene so I think it’s only right to support those that support the sport. So happy with the hook up they gave me that I now have a Moto1 sticker on the base station…and that takes commitment to stick something on her! Ha. Thanks Shano & Bretto for making me not feel like a dud dad at xmas time now!!!!

These guys are fantastic. I came in with an undiagnosed rattling engine noise that seemed to decrease when the bike warmed up. I thought I was in for an expensive whole day valve adjustment job. But after test riding the bike the mechanic desided to let the bike cool down for about two hours. And, as expected the noise was back. The mechanic immediately diagnosed a cam chain tensioner fault. Fifteen minutes later the part was changed and the noise gone. Great work guys!

Had to get the top end done on my son's bikes. Rang up thinking I would have to knock off work early to drop them off as i live at the other end of the coast. They offered to pick them up the following arvo and even dropped them back the next arvo. Great service.
