Very happy with my personal pan pizza! Was so Glad there’s a $3 promotion on selected flavours. Got a Hawaiian and it didn’t take long. Female staff at the cashier’s very helpful when I asked what’s in Americano pizza and she kindly explained. Cheers!

Unfortunately one of our pizzas delivered had 3 long black hairs throughout. Pretty disgusting. When we called about it, our only option was to get 2 pizza credits which is okay. We then went to use them about 2 weeks later and unfortunately the worker on the phone had no clue how to put our vouchers through and told us ‘um we are really busy right now, maybe you can call back later and we can try again’. It was all too hard and we gave up in the end. I guess it works out since we probably don’t feel like hairy pizza again.

Ordered a pick-up 45 minutes out, was given a Promised time of 18.00 on a Wednesday evening, didn't get my 3 pizza order until 18.17, that's just not good enough. The door dash driver seemed a little upset with his wait as well.

I must say the food is good here. So in terms of that I recommend this place. But unfortunately not the service. Whilst ordering online I've typed in capital letters that I'm paying by cash and require a change for $50. Delivery driver arrived with no change and not even eftpos machine. We called the store to pay by card, the girl on the phone didn't even know where she was. So the driver had to come back to the store to bring me change. After working for pizza place for 2 years myself, details like customer requests are crucial, so I hope management will see this review and train the staff.

Absolutely Terrible service. Charged over 20% for public holiday surcharge and when we questioned it we got attitude from the manager and had to battle to get the refund back. Also attitude from staff will never go back again

One of our go-to's to fast food. Service is good and product is good. They don't get the orders wrong. Love the Hershey's cookie and brownie, literally those two products alone are better sweeties than half the confectionary/dessert shops on the GC.

Delivery driver got lost then abused me on the phone and didn't deliver the pizza. I then had to drive to the store to pick up the pizzas. What a disaster that place is. I'll stick with Marie's pizza in Mudgeeraba from now on.

Terrible Customer Service. The Manager of Pizza Hut Robina was very rude and hung up on us (even though it was their fault the delivery driver showed up at the wrong address) the delivery driver was lovely, very apologetic. I'm all for people making mistakes. But apologise and own it. Not good enough from the manager at Robina Pizza Hut. I'll be going elsewhere!!

Decided to try the Buy 1 Pizza get 1 Free promotion. Ordered online at 7:22pm for a delivery, to find out the estimated time of arrival would be 9:00pm, over 1.5 hours wait. When I called the store to ask why the long wait, they said it was very busy. I asked if I could change the order to be picked up, they said that would be fine and it would be ready in 15 minutes. That’s quick. I arrived within 10 minutes, no customers waiting for orders, there were 2 staff members just standing around. They weren’t busy. My ordered was ready and waiting.Overall, the quality of the pizza was horrible. Will not be returning. Will be sticking to Dominos.

Abysmal service, I ordered online and received far from what I was expecting so obviously they can't provide what's offered online. I explained the problem to the delivery driver whom was adamant there was a contact email on the receipt which there wasn't, no surprises there. I had to ask for the change from the delivery driver, then was given the incorrect change. Contacted the store with a promise to call back which never came to fruition. I am disgusted and confused as to how your business is still operating. You literally stole money off me. I'll make sure everyone I know rates you 1 star for this.
