I waited 15 minutes because you forgot to do my job on time which is fine but in return when I asked gently if you could charge a little less as I had to wait then your attitude towards me was rude enough to turn me down. Ended up paying double what I expected because he misunderstood what I asked for. $120 for adding some black fabric for two curtains, whereas I just wanted one.It was done well though, he is skilled at his craft. But for that price I could've just purchased new curtains.

I wonder what have I done to deserve this treatment from you!!! You wanted me to transfer the alternation money to your bank account, I asked if you have BeemIt, you said no, I replied all good and went to the ATM to get cash and suggested Beemit since people don't like to share bank accounts with strangers. It was too cold and raining and I was late for another appointment. I got cash and politely said it would be better to have EFTPOS because it would have saved time, you replied agressively that I said it three times! And it was very obvious that you got angry at me. I explained I didn't repeat myself as it was the first time I mentioned eftpos to you. And even if someone did repeat themselves, no need to be angry at them. If you prefer to deal with cash only, you should have told me to bring cash when I first came to the shop or at least put a big sign informing people about your requirements, not a small sign that was not visible. No one is trying to hurt your business or reputation, this is not my intent at all and this is why I am changing my original review. the reason for posting this comment online is to draw your attention that you have treated me in a bad way and I didn't deserve it !! As you said, treat others as you want others to treat you. Take it easy! All the best!

This is the best alteration place I have ever been to. Youssef is such a magician. Nothing is too hard for him. I took 7 of my dresses which were all different styles and a size too small. I was about to throw them away, as they didn’t fit me any more. But I thought I should just try one last time to see if I can save them by someone making them a size bigger, which I know is very hard. I took them to my usual alterations place first, but the lady there said it was too hard. I thought I should try one more place before throwing them out and I went to Youssef. He fixed them all wonderfully and they even look better than before. I don’t know how he managed to do it, but he did it and I am so happy I have my dresses back. Thank you, Youssef! You are great! Five stars from me!
