Thankyou so much to the super friendly staff at La pearl nails...best pedicure I've had in years! All the staff made me feel so relaxed...I've had a few horrible experiences with nail places lately so this definitely deserves a great review! Would highly recommend to anyone

I got a pedicure and shelac and also asked for manicure and full set acrylic shelac. The lady rushed the pedicure, she looked uninterested, while using her phone trying to call, asking Siri. Then she took to much skin off from my toe nail bed, it hurt a lot now quite sore and red unfortunately. Mwe got to the hands she also used her phone in the middle of the set. I asked for a manicure first but it seemed like she was avoiding a conversation and she shook her head to say no without taking to me. At that point I felt very uncomfortable and neglected. I asked why and she said that she would do it after putting the tips on. She was careless with no interest in customer voice and satisfaction, avoiding eye contact with me as I was speaking to her. I ended up not receiving a manicure even though I really wanted one because I had over grown cuticles that is still visible now. Another lady took over and said “in, in”, in a harsh tone and rude attitude, telling me to put my hand further inside the UV light. I felt disappointed. I will definitely not be coming back here again, and I would recommend anyone to receive better service elsewhere.I’ve been to a few other salons which I was really satisfied with especially with their staff friendly approach, as they were talking to me, having eye contact, listening to me, asking me if I was happy with results etc. For me the price does not matter to me as much as that I feel welcomed and treated fairly by staff, and offcourse the result and quality of work they put in for what I pay for.

Sorely disappointed. Had SNS removal and manicure. Nails left brittle and uneven and SNS still left on from previous service. I was in tears .Seems I jabe to go out of the area for decent manicure.

Very nice nail salon. Pleasant ladies who do high quality nails.

I was getting my eyebrows done which I had grown out for months and the lady made me sit in a chair with my head leaning backwards in an uncomfortable position and she waxed it and plucked it in less than 1 minute she was in such a rush she ruined my eyebrows. They were similar before and after I got them done they looked different she basically took of so much hair on my eyebrow and then blamed it on me saying my eyebrows are just like that. Even though I asked her to make my eyebrows thick she made them really think and they looked completely different. After I complained she blamed it on me saying my eyebrows are like that then afterwards she applied eyebrow tint and still couldn't manage to make them look the same . She applied a lot of tint on one eyebrow and a little bit on the other so the end result was that one was thick and one was thin. And she was rushing even when she was applying the eyebrow tint. Please don't go there if you don't want to get your eyebrows ruined. I'm just given an honest review of my experiment and will never go there anymore.

The lovely owner and staff are very polite and have excellent services.Get my nails and eyebrows done they are very good at their work.I recommend this place.They get very busy so book ahead:

nails are way over priced had to pay $70 for short acrylics with a white line on it, $20 more for a couple of lines. lady rushed nails leaving the shape uneven. the design was left patchy as she left to go else where.
