To receive the quality services from Little, it really depends who is your agent. Over all I had fairly good experiences for more than a decade until 2020. I don't know what really happened inside their organization. I only know that we did not receive the rentals and statements on time and it's very difficult to figure out who is responsible for my account. Up till now, there are still lots of problems needed to sort out.

I highly recommend Little Real Estate. Little Real Estate are quick to respond, very polite and deliver great customer service. Mark Lam was very easy to talk to and very attentive at the inspection and also throughout the application process. He was quick to note any faults in the property and assured that he will take care of any matters that required his attention. I really appreciate his honesty and he really displayed a genuine level of care. Claudia McCulloch was also very polite and easy to deal with throughout the application process. She was very clear and accommodating.

Little Real Estate are the best rental agents I have dealt with. Everyone in the office is polite, helpful, professional, responsive to customers needs and able to sort out any issues very efficiently. I would highly recommend Little Real Estate to others. Five Stars.

Little have by far been the best property managers i have used in my 10+ years of being an investor. They are extremely professional and effective at their craft. My properties feel that they are in the best hands being looked after as if it were their own. Parisa Parker was, till recently, the property manager for a unit I rent in Artarmon. She is a superb PM and provided me with an efficient, professional, yet very approachable interface on any tenancy issues. She has now moved up in the Little RE hierarchy. I applied to lease one unit, they went through all the checks and notified me that everything was fine and was just waiting to hear back from the landlord. And they were out of contact the other day. And when I contacted they said someone has already taken. At least they should’ve let me know that it’s no more available.
