Poor quality workmanship and terrible communication. Failed to reconcile my payment which led to delays. Actual screen door is terrible quality. It has gaps in the miter joints, screws missing during install and bracket holding door couldn't even be screwed in straight or with the same colour screws (see photos). Looks worse then a DIY job. I recommend you DO NOT use this company.

Recently purchased some planation shutters from this firm. The Sales Consultant, Kim, visited our house for a measure and product demonstration. Her professional presentation of the product on offer, her advice and general personality were convincing. She was courteous with her time and patience with our questions.Price – the initial price was very touch and go but we were fortune to coincide with a “sale” where the price outcome was fair and affordable.The check measure by their installer, Jay, and the subsequent installation was equally courteous and helpful. Jay was very friendly and easy to deal with. On the actual installation Jay was professional taking time to ensure a quality installation and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to have had Jay as our installer.Could I recommend Nepean Blinds on the efforts of Kim and Jay on this purchase – sure could.

I've had the absolute run around from this lot having paid a deposit over 3 months ago - two sales people come out to measure, and two failed install dates with the vaguest, most superficial apology and no definitive resolution.My next step is a complaint to fair trading.

The worst experience.I was told the 4 screens and 1 screen door would take 4 weeks. It took 14 weeks with my endless phone calls.No-one including the manager can return your call or give you an update on your order.I was offered a discount, that could not be communicated by the manager. Then the information was mixed up and the discount was not what they said.Finally had them installed and they used black screws on shale grey window frames on the outside of the house. Looks cheap.Very unprofessional service and communication. Would not recommend

Quote completed today by Kim. She turned up in time and provided a friendly and complete service and explained our options in a simple and easy to understand manner.The quote was reasonable and we are going ahead with the job.

Just had the the whole house of 4 doors/13 window's fly screen done with Nepean Blinds & Doors. Very happy with the service and quality. Jeffery Fletcher, the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and patient, Taylor Sanderson, the installer was very experienced the fast. Highly recommended and definitely come back for more job request. :-)

Thanks you so much for a fantastic job on my plantation shutters, Jay the instorler was so good with his installation and attention to detail. The girls in the office are very friendly and helpful, I thank Nepean Blinds & Doors for their service and ill be back for more.

After waiting 2 months for the doors, the guy turned up to fit 2 security doors. He had to go back to the store, as he forgot the locks. He came back an hour later to fit the back door. It was fitted but it won’t lock. The front crimesafe door was made wrong so it had to go back for repairs. They made an appointment to fit the repaired door on Monday but no one turned up or bothered to call us. I rang and the lady who said she would get someone to call me that day. I’m still waiting and it’s Tuesday. My husband spoke to someone there today, who promised to look into it and get back to him about what’s happening. Yes, you guest it, no call at all. This company has bad customer service and no communication skills whatsoever. That’s what you get from helping local business. All I want is two dam doors that work and are fitted properly.

Matt and his team at Nepean Blinds & Doors did a great job on the delivery and installation of our security screen doors. Faultless service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.
