Failed to turn up when he said he would. House wasn’t completed in the contracted timeframe. Had to pursue legal options. Hobart Tiny Homes put in a payment claim for works already paid for in the payment schedule and was unfortunately awarded in the adjudication process. (We paid twice for works not completed). Hobart Tiny Homes added a clause to our already signed contract. They also pursued a fitout payment despite the house not reaching the lockup stage. Varied defects including footings not constructed to full engineering specifications, non compliant plumbing (Fails to meet AS3500 standards) and structural damage to multiple joists due to plumbing installation by unsupervised apprentice.Further to the above Andrew Freeman went to my wife’s work and made a threat to her. He stated “if your husband and father in law don’t stop making comments online I’ll be back to see you”.This has been reported to the police.
