Excellent friendly customer service on the phone & at reception. Everywhere is clean, nat & tidy. We had a nice big site but some others were a bit tighter to get in & out if but not terrible. We used the coin operated laundry. People were very friendly.

Only a short overnight stay after travelling the Nullarbor. A compact park with clean amenities and friendly staff. A short walk to the waterfront where we enjoyed a lovely meal in the hotel.

The greeting upon entering reception with my little dog in my arms was disgusting. I was told, quite bluntly, that dogs were not allowed in the reception area. I was travelling alone and did not want to leave my small dog in the car, being a warm day. To which I was told 'that's not my problem'. The manager was rude, arrogant, and sarcastic. A simple sorry

This is my second stay here. The first time I camped in a tent. It had a lot of traffic noise so I couldn’t sleep. This time I came armed with earplugs but it was so cold and rainy that I opted for a cabin.The cabin was very neat and clean. I am happy to recommend them

Host is great. Very accommodating. Cabins clean, excellent. Can't go wrong with Big 4. Walking distance into main streets. 3rd time staying here.

Caravans packed in , no grass, no play equipment, base of shower walls mouldy. Poor water flow. If you are looking for the great big 4?experience you won’t get it here

Loved the caravan site provided and assistance by Proprietor to park. Great for our Dawn Service as it was in walking distance - also very close to town.

Friendly and helpful service at check in. Clean modern and well appointed cabin. Park presents very well. Will stay again if travelling that way again.

Stayed here 2 nights, sites were very small and not private at all. Full of old racist people. The initial lady who checked us in was delightful however we overheard very racist comments from a group of intoxicated old people in the common area and a worker was among this group. Will not be staying here again.
