Awesome store. So clean, neat and tidy. Lovely friendly staff. We & our puppy loved our visit there while we were on holidays. Couldn't have asked for a more lovely store that have everything perfect!!

I love pet stock ballina. The staff are always happy to help and located in Harvey Norman complex allows easy parking and I can combine multiple chores at the one place. They have quality dog supplies, toys and complete dry food in big bags for good prices. Everything u need is here.

The staff , mostly girls are always friendly helpful, ready to guide you to a good range of products, they have have great product info . Checkout is quick and they will carry your purchase to your car. Always remember my pups name ❤️

The worse service I have ever received. The ladies preferred to stand behind counter and look at phones in addition to discussing the events of the previous weekend in language inappropriate for my daughter to hear. There was another occasion when on asking for advise the attitude I received made me feel sick. I refuse to go back to the store, I now order online through petcircle as much better prices and service.

Good customer service if you get the right person. The manager is great and knowledgeable. I buy all my products here and find them always happy to help but could back off a bit in up selling!
