Friendly staff excellent service great help

Always terrible customer service here but tonight one store assistant left the counter as I arrived to take plastic bags and trays to the back and the store assistant standing 1 metre behind me doing something with stock just ignored me until I rang the bell for attention. Someone needs to teach these staff the importance of customer care.

Just went there today to pick up my prescription and this asian lady pharmacist was so rude to me, which is not the first time. She is just so aggressive and very unfriendly, I really don't recommand that place, also something was telling me not to go there, well next time I definitely won't!!!

Very rude pharmacist. I’m epileptic and I was running out of my meds. I walked in with my prescription and the pharmacist was not willing to give me the medication since my prescription had my previous address on it, Melbourne; (since Melbourne being under lockdown). She didn’t even bother to ask me if I recently traveled to Melbourne or no such mandatory questions. Instead she said she cannot provide any medicine to people with such and such postcodes on their prescription. She could’ve requested me for an address proof.Anticonvulsants are to be taken daily. How could a pharmacist neglect giving necessary medication to someone. I was surprised to see this.

Disgusting service asked if they had an item only to be told if they do it would be down there on shelves (yep just spent 10 mins down there looking with sight disability myself). Then when checking asked for a bag and got snapped at that they are 10 cent we have to pay for them you know (well I think living in this world we all know that. No need to be rude it is general practice these days). Will be looking for a friendly place to spend my money in the future.

They are pretty good... BUT they need more staff helping the pharmacists (or 1 more pharmacist) behind the counter. They can be really busy with long wait times. When you want to go to the pharmacy just to pick up 1 script and to be told it's a 2 hour wait is beyond annoying - even more so for those who live out of town.

The first time I went there, was fine. The second time, I couldn't complain about the service... there wasn't any. The pharmacist was more interested in talking to a friend on the phone. I finally walked out.Unfortunately tonight, they were the only chemist open so I thought I'd give them another try. The pharmacist's idea of help was to point at a shelf. What I wanted is kept behind the counter.A hint to the chemist warehouse customer service trainers. People are far more likely to accept you don't have a product if they can't see it on the shelf.Get properly trained pharmacists.

Waiting long times going to pick up my webster pack couple a days early and told I’m not due for them for two days whoopie think this old gal can go up shops everyday don’t think so so now going to a great friendly staff chemist very helpful

I don't see the point in advertising you are open til 5pm when you close the doors at 4.55pm. And yes 5 minutes does makes a differences as you usually need a chemist for a reason!
