The Sebel Manly Beach

Beautiful and immaculate hotel. There was a little confusion with the travel website reservation but a special thank you to the Sebel Asst Manager who sorted it all out for us. Can't wait to come back.

Great location and great rooms. The pictures speak a thousand words. The view of the deluxe room I was in was excellent. The balcony was very spacious as well. The small kitchen is also great and handy. Room also has a nice laundry. Highly recommend for a family to stay there and it’s directly across the road from the beach. The staff is super efficient and friendly!

Corporate event and decided to accommodate all and hold our meeting close to home at the Sebel Manly. Great support and service from all the folks at the Sebel Manly. Attendees both national and international and all were super happy with the venue and of course the excellent location. Will do it again.

Great location.Staff seemed very young and untrained.On our second night of 2 we were unimpressed with the 2 pillows and a spare in the robe so I spoke to the front desk and asked for 2more for our last nite.Late that afternoon when nothing had happened I went down and mentioned it again before we went out for the evening. They assured me we would have our pillows.Fast forward to 10 pm and on our return to the room still no pillows.For $700 a night I expect to be treated a little better. When we checked out I would have mentioned it had I been asked about our stay. Not even a how was everything to be said…. Very disappointing indeed.We will be staying elsewhere next time we visit manly.

An excellent apartment in a great location. All of the staff with whom we interacted, both reception and house-keeping (Deborah & Eric), were very friendly and helpful. The secure under cover parking was appreciated. We had a great week!

We just had five fabulous days at Sebel Manly Beach! It’s always sad to leave…great service.Having stayed here several times previously, it just seems to get better. Plenty of places to eat, beautiful views, great walks, and of course the beach is only a breath away.It’s the perfect place to relax. Friendly front of house service from Riley, and Eric, who ensures everything is sparkling clean.Sebel Manly beach is perfectly positioned.Perfect….. Just perfect!

Updated at end of visit: I would not stay here again. The room itself was sad looking. A single pillow for each person, an outdated couch, blah colored rugs and walls and drapes, and an uninspired bathroom. No view of the ocean, in fact we had to keep our curtains closed because it looks over into the neighbors houses.A bunch of little details were lacking too. The safe was broken and it took multiple calls to get it fixed. Housekeeping forgot to finish making the bed one day and just left the pillows on the floor. The duvet was thin and cheap feeling. The TV is mounted in a way that’s useless from the bed. For the more than $300 a night we paid, I’d expect a lot more—-Just checked in last night and pretty sure this a bait and switch? They have us staying in the south tower which is a totally separate building that you have to walk through the back of a restaurant and then through a sketchy back alley to get to. There’s no front desk or lobby, it’s just a really random run down building.Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they put you in the main building. Maybe call when booking and ask for that?

Absolutely great room and service. Nick went above and beyond to reorganise the room to suit our son who has special need. We really his kindness and professionalism.

Stayed here for two nights on a whim. Rooms were sparse but accommodating. Room had a fridge, so that's a plus. Didnt appreciate what booking a room in the south tower meant. Our balcony had a great view of several other apartment and hotel balconies, but no beach. Great location to walk anywhere to Manly nightlife. Free public Wi-Fi. Would stay here again, but book a room in the north tower!

I had a room overlooking the beach which was fabulous. Comfortable bed, great bathroom and spotlessly clean. However the decor is really bland and really needs some colour to make it feel more like a holiday destination. The staff were friendly and helpful but a real shame the restaurant next door did not do breakfast which made the price poor value.
