Nice fast service, but having to try to do social distancing is a little hard when you're waiting for your meal. Every time I moved away from someone, someone else came quite close to me in their place.

Yeah, look. If I could I wouldn't give them any. We waited around for 30 minutes for snack popcorn. They need to sort their priorities.

For my entire life, I've left KFC untouched. Sitting in the shopping center like a toddler in the middle of the freeway. What would ask the employees for when would i do it? Hundreds of times I have taken a look at KFC and wondered if it is finger licking? But today I have tried it! a young red headed man served me with the biggest smile. 10/10! would get again!!! keep up the good work KFC workers!

Yeah the shopping centre is great.. but down stairs in the car park is shocking there's no one around to check on cars down there and more so the behaviour of some motorist. Today there were 3 four wheel drive vehicles flying through there and the noise was deafening.. plus we have alot of elderly people shopping there. What if someone was hurt. Security are never around and when I've seen them there standing around or talking to people working in the shops. Not good at all. Why are they down in the car area at least every hour to see what's going on. Move smokers away from down there. Doesn't management see any of this going on that I've mentioned??? Or do they just hope it goes away it sorts it's self out. Mm

food is always fresh and good, service is a little slow, but that is to be expected with how busy they are. by far the best KFC for quality and customer service in Bundaberg.

waited 20 minutes for 3 things and went up and asked where my food was the assistant manager person ripped receipt out of my hand and she was like nah this is not yours go away and was such a big mouth and was so rude and i was like oh yeah wna see the receipt on my phone and i showed her the proof on my bank details and she shut up so quickly because it was MY food and i did pay for it and she was like to the other workers did u serve this girl and they were like yeah and she couldn’t even look at me in the eyes or say sorry to me bc she was that embarrassed, like don’t act all tough and think ur right sis bc ur a terrible worker and should get fired. rude and big mouth and thinks they’re all that staff and don’t know how to treat people correctly. terrible place.

Look they had such a rough Tuesday night in stor we were there for 40 minutes after ordering. the lady had forgotten a few things... we rang and let them know and they replaced our whole order, they sent an email to my email address for the whole order replacement :) A1 customer service.We still go back there :)

Great customer service and very friendly staff,However food was very dry and had been setting in the hopper to long, shift managers at the time or team leaders need to assess what they have and what they are going to sell and if it has been sitting too long they need to get rid of it!!Do not sell it because it will give you a bad reputationThe professionalism that is displayed by all the staff is wonderful!
