Thank you to Petite Blooms for getting my order out quickly and with a very reasonable delivery price. My Mum was very pleased with the beautiful flowers she received for her Birthday. Will definitely shop here again.

Can’t comment on the flower arrangement as have not seen it but I can comment on the customer service. Kathy went over and above in regards to delivery as I actually provided incorrect address, she made significant efforts to contact me and redelivered free of charge even though I offered to pay additional delivery fee given the hassle I caused her. Would highly recommend.

Petite Blooms were a pleasure to deal with! I missed the cut off for delivery and Kathy emailed me in record time to give me options on what i wanted to do with my delivery. These were a full refund or next day delivery. You could really tell that they care about their customers! I was notified as soon as the flowers were delivered and they were beautiful! Will definitely be buying through them again and would recommend to anyone!

Living in Sydney, I wanted a special treat for friends in Melbourne. Spoke with Kathy as I wanted something extra that wasn't available on their website. She assured me she could arrange it and she did. My friends absolutely loved their flowers, candle and chocolates. Lifted their spirits in such difficult times. I had ordered a large bunch (there was small and medium options also) in a jar for my mums b'day on behalf of my dad. When the delivery arrived it was so underwhelming and embarrassing. This was not a bunch worth $60-$65. The flowers were very ordinary and although in a jar my mum and I actually do better arrangements. My dad was so disappointed as was I. The dyed fluro blue flower was also an additional disservice to the bunch.I had sent a very nice email to petite blooms to find out what had happened. I kindly asked for an explanation as the photos on their site are a lot nicer so I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. My Mum's bday was 21st October and I emailed them a few days after. It's now the 8th December and I still have had no response. Please do yourself a favour and just go elsewhere. I was at my local fruit and vege shop the same day I sent an email to them and I saw amazing bunches for half the price. This was embarrassing and not worth the money. Mostly really strange that a small business would not want to respond to my email and risk the chance of me putting up a bad review of their business. I did give them over 6 weeks to respond. What a shame this business has a poor work ethic and a poor business model.UPDATE -from above post: Please note the same day I had posted my previous post, Kathy from Petite Blooms phoned me to explain they had never received my email due to an IT issue they have been having for quiet a while and therefore never received my initial email. She has now fully refunded the cost of the flowers which was greatly appreciated. She was unable to recall the particular bunch they had made for mum so could not really discuss the specifics around what we had received.
