I bought a necklace back in 2020 from Aussie Bush Leather when I was in a remote community. I tried the necklace, very pretty, but sort of really big for my neck. So I put it away, and forgot about it. When I went back to civilisation, I thought I’ll have it fixed. So I started ringing around asking if I can get it altered. Of course the answer was no. Anyhow, I thought maybe the maker can alter it! They said nope. BUT WE CAN MAKE YOU A NEW ONE WITH YOUR MEASUREMENT. I was really surprised. I sent the necklace back, and received an incredibly pretty one back that was right for my neck. I then asked how much do I owe them for shipping and labour. And their reply was, nope. Don’t worry about it. Now, I don’t even know how to call them. Awesome? Fantastic? Great? If you see this post and still thinking of buying something from them, don't think. Just order and know that their products are absolutely handmade to perfection, and they have your back! Please keep this amazing service!!

Nothing beats Australian made, especially when you want to add your own touches.I recently purchased a Natural leather diary cover and the service I received from Jock was nothing short of exceptional.I sent an inquiry on Satruday afternoon and received a reply on Sunday morning - totally above the call of duty), I asked if it was possible for me to personalise the diary cover to include specific initials of the special person it was for in place of the standard ABL logo - again a prompt reply with a no problem, can do.I placed an order and explained to Jock that if it was humanly possible could it be despatched ASAP as I was working a deadline and Jock said to leave it with him and he would do his best.5 hours later prior to miday on Monday, I received a notification from Australia Post saying the package was picked up by them and was on its way to me.It arrived today, smelt fantastic, looked even better and the personal touch is just brilliante'!I will buy more products and could not recommend Aussie Bush Leather any more sucess!Thanks Jock!

Ordering a belt. Got a proof of sending but got nothing delivered. Looks like a big scam. Do not order anything. Bad service as well. After a couple of months they received it back, it never arrived in Holland. They finally paid me back, but not the shipping costs. Still bad service, but they look honest, but that honesty isn't so customer friendly.

I purchased a leather sheath for my leatherman, it didnt take long for the buttons to break. leather work was good quality though.
