Wouldn't recommend to anyone, bought a battery they recommended in December 2022, which are refusing to refund as it doesn't work battery has 30 months warrenty. Your a bunch of scam artist.

Chock a block full of car parts and bits and pieces you might need for your car. Happy staff willing to help. One of them, Olivia helped me out with a light issue and was very knowledgeable.

Its all mess here, no one knows about the stuff, we know whats faking you know about, for returns I was nearly about to take a nap. Customer service is like cheap as the name reflects haha , will never buy here again.

No staff, poor service - waited for a long time for assistance. I asked the front desk but had no luck. Ultimately had to walk out of the store.

I came here with my Boyfriend he purchased a battery from this store in December for them to then say it wasn’t purchased in store as soon as something went wrong with it, when we tried to get refund that’s when they then made up 101 excuses as to why we couldn’t when simply they gave us a lemon battery. My boyfriend ended up very frustrated with their service and I do not recommend to other customers due to this particular store scamming with prices etc. They are a big Rort don’t come here unless you want to get bodged and ripped off.

Shelly & AmyWent in-store to purchase a battery today, was served by Amy who was completely rude & unhelpful, giving a blank stare at a question about the item and pointed the item on the shelf with her foot and walked away.At the cashier I was served by Shelly who was extremely rude. She was incompetent at processing a price match and called over Amy. Shelly then ignored me in line while I waited right in front of her patiently to rectify.Seems like they need better training on items, the computer system & how on to treat customers.I did eventually purchase what I was after in the end however the experience here today really leaves a lot to be desired due to these two. Others nearby seemed great.I’ve had zero issues here in the past & at other SCA stores. Will shop elsewhere next time. Avoid!

Went into the store to buy wiper blades for my car. The staff showed me which ones to get. When asked to fit the wipers staff were rude … didn’t want to provide a receipt until I argued for one . Turns out the wipers were the wrong ones!!!

Big and clean but customer service is not good.. as you should be aware about the prices on the shelves as Sometimes they are not correct. Today I was going to buy coolant and stop leak for cooling system. And the price on the shelve is $12 but at the cashier it was more than $30. I told the cashier that the price is not correct the price on the shelve is different but she didn't deal correctly. Then I decided to buy just the stop leak" using my master card (tap and go )but unfortunately something went wrong with the device. So I went to autobran and everything was ok and smooth."
