Great experience, would have loved a loan car when the car was needed longer than promised.good service nonetheless

Way over priced, was quoted $950 for a job, which cost another repuatble workshop Under $300 to do. As part of the quote i was quoted by NGA $550 alone for a replacement part which from the agents cost $175 . My advise is shop around first.

The team at NGA were great, I bought a new Mahindra Pik-up ute, done it all remotely from home, via phone or email correspondence, and without a test drive due to the current market challenges. There was no mucking around, no hard sell…. Just really easy. Any other option I wanted later on… I just emailed the team and it’s done. I won’t go into the wait time… that’s just something that’s got to be accepted if you want to buy a new car, given the way things are in the world. But I just had the ute handover today, it was completely flawless and with no fuss. Thank you Neale and team, all the best for the future and I’ll see you at 5000

Got the SUV detailed with a cut and polish, being black with plenty of scratches was wrapped in the finished job. Came up like new big thumbs up for the detailing team especially Kim who did the polish.
