Fantastic service. Adam and the team at Cleana Solutions have done some jobs for me over the past couple of months and loved their work every time.

The owner, Adam will talk up about himself, and present well to lock you in for the job, but the end result will be a below average with continues denial of the errors. I had to call them twice to complete our new build deep cleaning job and it was still in complete and poorly done. Worst is, that they will take three times more than the normal cleaning hours with no or just one cleaning staff to save money and waste your time and energy explaining their errors. Owner Adam is inexperienced in cleaning industry and will sweet talk to get you in, when confronted with feedback and photos of the outcome, the owner will defend rather than accept his mistakes. For a deep clean, please do not go with this company and rather hire experienced locals. Prices they charge are very high for the below average quality and inexperienced cleaning. My main trauma was to deal with Adam’s attitude of not accepting our feedback and rather wanting to constantly argue and defend. They will charge you more but be lazy to use the right products and complete job on time with quality outcome. I am extremely disappointed - in fact I should have paid them half of the original quote but paid a good amount only out of humanity.Note : In response to the reply by the “owner” who is Adam himself - I am not sure what you mean by “investigating” the matter Adam?? You have already visited our places thrice and received evidence of the poor job. The expectations were cleared right from the beginning with your own physical visit to the site. It was a new home that was already builder cleaned (all rooms and wet areas were done) so your focus should have been flooring and windows which was communicated by us right from the start, and you guys neglected the clean and left house incomplete. I should be getting my money returned as I am forced to hire another company to get our flooring and windows cleaned both inside and outside including external wall wash that was half done by your team. Can you pay for these services? No right!! So please do not fool people with your sales talk and business card (which you are good at). Rather learn to use the right products and experienced cleaners. If at all anything, you should be returning our money, so please stop responding to reviews only to look good for public.
