Grant Chugg Plumbing Services once again, more than fulfilled my expectations. ALL of the staff there are pleasant, courteous and respectful. My 'newish' Hot Water Cylinder needed attention and this was attended to within the same day I lodged the query with them. It had been explained that it could be a week or so before they were able to attend to it but I was most grateful that it was done so quickly. Fantastic and professional service from walking in the door to having our new wood heater and flue installed.I walked in with a big problem of a non compliant fire, flue and hearth coming up to winter, but none of which was an issue for this knowledgable Dallas to solve! Very happy with the process of ordering and installation.

Having problems with our new water pump (purchased & installed a couple of months ago by us) over the past week. Messaged late last night, received a call this morning arranging for a visit earlier this afternoon. Here on time, investigated the problem, suggested cause & solutions. 100% happy, would recommend & use again.

Fantastic service yet again from Grant Chugg plumbing. We called with a fault on our Solar hot water first thing Monday morning and they had a very friendly and professional plumber here within 30 mins. He made a second trip to get the part required and came straight back to fit it. We could not be happier and highly recommend them. Many thanks for a speedy, friendly and professional job.

Burst water pipe in back yard. Another competitor couldn't come out till late afternoon the next day. There guys were there within two hours. Excellent service and repair. Will use again. And thoroughly recommend.
