Bought a mixer Behringer 1002 and unfortunate after placing the order, the equipment was not in stock. After being able to contact the store, owner shipped me an upgraded model at no cost. Great service. Only need to be quicker to respond to enquire.

What a great experience shopping at this place. A very convenient place to get to, with lots of side and off street parking. A great range of equipment to choose from. Leonard is very knowable and is willing to check the internet to price match any competitors price. I will defiantly be going back her to buy any equipment I need in the future. I have been dealing with a few audio equipment suppliers over the last 2 years and this store definitely has the best customer experience in mind. I thought I'd check out the place out of curiosity for a new controller case and some top up XLR cables and was not disappointed. Leonard was extremely helpful throughout the process and offered to price match other stores without even asking. Highly recommended and will be using these legends again.
