Clear Skincare Clinic Bundaberg

Have had a series of facial treatments here before my wedding and my skin looks fantastic. The staff are always on time and very polite and the rooms are always spotless and hygienic. Ive had two different girls Ally and Montana who were both great at recommending what would help my skin most.

This is a long story sorry! I went for my first visit here for Dysport (a usual treatment) and a 1ml filler. A first time for me, I asked for the filler in the lines between my nose and corners of mouth. I had no clue on what to expect. I was given the treatment via canula. I felt the product being placed all the way up to the corners of my nose. It was pretty painful. I was then sent away with zero information. Nothing about what to look for, how to manage in the days after. The cosmetic nurse vaguely said to come back in a week.In the following days I had swelling below my mouth corners that looked like big jowels. Like grapes stuffed under my lower lips. No change to the nasal labial lines at all. I had christmas parties and engagements coming up so put off going back (my mistake). It took almost 2 weeks for the swelling to completely disappear. The product was lumpy and uneven. You could feel it all in the one place both sides pretty much where the canulas had entered.Anyway, 4 weeks later I sent an email that I was unhappy with my results. $650 had given me bulges of filler below my mouth corners, more like the sides of my chin. It gave me shadowing where I didn't want it and made me look older not younger! No change was seen to my nasal labial lines at all.I ended up being invited back 6 weeks later to have the the product massaged as apparently it was moveable. I could feel the product was smoother and told to repeat this hard massage in the shower over a few days. Nothing happened but soreness and more swelling.I sent another email to say I was still not happy. More weeks went by as a doctor was consulted. Lots of twoing and froing. I had to call the nurse who had by then moved to another clinic just to be told I'd need the product dissolved before they'd discuss rectifying the filler placement. Even then they didn't garantee they wouldn't charge me again. I wasn't offered anything concrete or any promise to achieve my desired outcome. In fact I was told I was lying and hadn't ordered the product in my nasal labial lines. So why did I feel the needle go up there then?! Also told that 1ml was never going to do the job I wanted.My gut said I was going to be messed around some more so I said don't bother. For one I dont want dissolving stuff in my face if I can help it.Lesson learnt. Won't go back. Lost a customer. What an absolute waste of money.I only write this because I went to my old cosmetic nurse in Brisbane last week and she did a 1ml filler with pain free tiny needles. I got EXACTLY what I asked for and it looks terrific. I cant stop looking in the mirror! Wish I had just gone back to her in the first place. Left pic is after the Clear Skin Clinic treatment. I highly recommend the Clear Skincare clinic here in Bundaberg. For the last 2-3 years I have been suffering with acne, dull skin and other skin issues. I had exhausted almost every option I thought was available and nothing was helping.About 6 months ago I heard about this clinic through word of mouth and was recommended to book in for a consultation. I was then put on a skin journey in which I received 3 dermapen treatments every 4 weeks and a few hydra facials and chemical peels. I was also given a list of serums and cleansers I could use to further help correct and maintain my skin between visits.My skin has not looked as healthy as it does now since I was a small girl! I honestly cannot thank and recommend the girls enough at Clear Skincare, they have helped me gain back my confidence!

I have had a couple of treatments done at clear skincare Bundaberg. My experience has been nothing but positive. I have found the staff to be courteous and professional. The consulting rooms look spotless and professionally kept in good condition. I have nothing praise for the team at Clear Skin Bundy.

Impeccable service from the beautiful Laser skin therapist Eva, the Bundaberg Clinic is of highest standards an customer service was exceptional. The treatments I received were very professional and I am always made to feel very comfortable and always greeted with a glowing smile Evas face. Certainly a pleasure to enter the Clinic, thank you.

I have had only wonderful experiences at Clear Skincare Bundaberg. I've been visiting there since last year, and I am now hair free on my treated areas! It's fantastic! I have been trying for over a decade to find a hair removal solution. To have it finally solved is life changing. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and everyone is very professional. I've also had a lovely HydraFacial, which was great. My family uses the products at home every day. Can't recommend Clear Skincare Bundaberg highly enough!

Ebony was lovely and easy to talk to - very knowledgeable and really helped me to understand what is needed for my skin to improve - would definitely recommend even if you don’t know what treatment you need they will explain it all to you.

Love Clear skincare clinic until Bundaberg Store.I have had nothing but great experience's until this store & I've had around 20 previous appointments at other stores & recommended many friends & family. I recently pre paid maintenance services x 2 app & since had documented medical issues that makes me unable to take part in. Not only was a refund denied I was told not to come back after I pointed out it wasn't a change of mind. Even a shopper walking past even interrupted staff & told them how unprofessional they were & gave me her contact details.
