Wouldn’t recommend - absolutely butchered my natural nails with too much over filing on one side making them point either to the left or right rather than straight as they should be. They’re also all uneven in length…I asked for them to be fixed but it was past the point of return by this stage and I didn’t have another 1.5 hours to spare not to mention, my natural length and shape had already been ruined and I did not want tips applied.If you’re going to charge what you do, then make your service match. I have kept coming here purely for convenience but the quality of the end product is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere.Update: It’s been 1 week and I can confirm all of my nails have started lifting around the edges and catching on my hair due to the poor quality of filing around the cuticles.

I wanted to support a local business and will never return. Extremely over priced with dodgy tactics to up the price when I stood there waiting to pay! Acrylic infills (very basic just one colour) cost $65 what a rip off!

I have been coming to VPro for over 5 years, since they first opened in Botany. They are always friendly, efficient and so patient with me as I always tend to change my mind at least once before they start my nails. I have never been unhappy with the services and even if my nails break they will happily fix it when I come in to sort it. I won’t go anywhere else!

I love so much to come and to my nails with my beautiful Annie she is a sweetheart and always supports me with my worries.It’s with pleasure I write this as she is the best and most professional.I love to come to this nail shop. Annie always looks after me and never has an attitude or being rude as she know how to manage the business. She is a great person to have as friend. Supports strong woman that’s empower another woman!Every month l enjoy my time at my favourite nails shop.And feel pretty as inside I fell ugly ! Annie make me beautiful and is not fair the way some people are they are only a bad client that’s doesn’t google respect and don’t know how to treat a woman being as she is doing a great service and I am glad I am here when this people are ugly with her as I can watch her back as a friend.Some people are only unhappy and take the anger in the youngest as them think put someone down will make they feel better inside as any woman being knows how treat others ! Respect we don’t but we have it inside our hearts ♥️ and is important that we keep the respect as we like to treat we like we are the same.So is all my love from Brasil I can say Annie is a sweetheart and always she does a great job, as a business manger and a gorgeous mom too as if don’t know she is a mum and proudly she always supports me on how to be better as a woman person and we have the same age I feel I can learn so much about her and I feel when I come to her nails shop she is the best friend person I meet when you don’t have no support for girls as they always jealous so Annie is completely different she cares for others and always treat with respect and kindness as that’s we don’t buy it we have in our hearts and that’s the important thing to have it! Keep the boundaries and with divine we clients need to understand we all are human being and with love we can do anything.I am more them happy to say this best nails shop.Bella Ferreira.♥️

I didn't even know there was a nail salon in Botany shops I Googled to see if there was a nail salon in the area as I had a medical appointment and I was pushed for time, I needed my nails removed due to hand surgery a staff member asked me to come back in an hour , the service efficient the staff friendly

I do not recommend this place, bad attention, bad service, poor quality, and the seats are dirty, my black pants are white after they filed the nails off of me.very unpleasant

Local gem. Great prices, good service, and friendly staff. What more could I ask for? Highly recommend.

My friend and I visited vpro this morning and had such a good experience, the ladies were so lovely and everything was reasonably price! Will definitely be returning :)

Love this nail salon!! Have tried so many different places vpro by far has the nicest and most helpful staff and do a lovely job. Very affordable prices also!
