Kim valued my wedding ring approximately 6 months ago and was extremly friendly, professional and accurate. I had a few issues with a diamond falling out and today she checked the ring over again for me free of charge. I would highly recommend seeing Kim if you have any questions regarding jewellery and having a professional valuation. You can feel relief, knowing your having the help from an extremly knowledgeable, honest independent valuator.

Highly recommended. Kym and Peter are wonderful. Gave them a call and Peter explained what they do, the process of sorting jewelery items as to what is worth being valued. He was so polite and informative. Made the appointment and Kym helped me sort my pieces out and advised me to get a ring repaired and then bring it back to get valued. I immediately went and got it fixed and took it back the following week. The ring was valued for more than I thought. Big surprise! Kym is lovely and makes the process so easy and will continue to see them in the future.
