The best hair salon experience I have ever had. It was my first time here and not only was everyone friendly and welcoming, the service was superb! I was offered complimentary champagne and had my nails painted and my hands massaged at no extra cost. Megan was my hairdresser and did such a fantastic job at restoring my hair to a healthy and natural look - it hadn't been cut for over a year and it needed a serious makeover; Megan saw to that and did exactly what I requested. I love this place and I will definitely be back!

So much more than a hairdressing salon. A haven with fabulous atmosphere, music, coffee shop, beauty salon and friendly fabulous staff who go above and beyond to please their customers. So happy to have found this gem. Will never go anywhere else.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ash for a haircut recently and I cannot recommend him enough! What a wonderful place to feel like a Queen! Definitely the BEST salon on this side of Brisbane! My whole family gets their hair cut/coloured at Diva Lounge, and they always go above and beyond. The service is incredible, and it's chic but beautifully humble style makes you feel right at home. Would highly recommend!

Hands down BEST salon experience I have ever had!! Will be a regular here from now on and will refer anyone else looking for great service. Every quote I'd received from other salons required multiple visits and a deep pocket to achieve the desired result. Ash and the ladies at the Diva Lounge managed to get it done in one sitting for a fraction of the cost. Talk about perseverance! Everyone was beyond accommodating and I felt pampered the whole time. Great first experience getting a haircut here! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and my haircut was exactly what I wanted. I was even able to bring in my 8month old puppy and he stole everyones hearts.

This place was recommended to me by a friend, and I was not disappointed! The salon itself was beautiful and the staff even more so - especially Diana who did the best eyebrow tinting I’ve ever had. They really go above and beyond to listen to their customers empathetically. I will certainly be returning!

Great salon, good location and fantastic staff who go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The salon could be packed to the rafters but for some reason you don't notice as the place has such a beautiful vibe about it. With city views, beautiful breezes and a great array of music . These girls and guys know what they are doing and won't have you sitting in a chair for 3 hours, unattended, like some other salons. You are never left unattended for very long, with staff, apprentices and the owner constantly checking if you are OK and if you would like anything. They listen to what you want done with your hair, are happy to give you professional advice if you ask and deliver excellence EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. As I said before, the atmosphere is amazing with a massive water fountain in the middle of the salon. There is also a Cafe out the front that you can order in food or get a free coffee from (the barista is one of the best in the western suburbs) plus a beautiful little boutique shop you can browse with your foils in without the eyes of the public. Head massages at the end are the best, seriously. Also you can have your nails painted for free while you wait for your colour to develop. Thanks to the owner and the hand picked staff, this salon is an absolute diamond. I was reluctant to share this diamond of a salon with the worry that it may get too busy, but this place is too good not to share. PS they do an awesome fake tan for $25 with all the trimmings!!!!!
