Located in Westfield Parramatta on level 3. Decent collection of regular Household items and utilities. Prices 3.30 AUD per item unless marked otherwise.

The products are Doggy and expensive. Most items are not $2.80. The refund/return policy is a total joke! One of the staff (Yusuke?) was rude. This shop is really needed to be reported!

This place is fat from disability friendly! Not only was there a lot of people but the aisles are very close together so noble to manoeuvre any disability equipment within the shop. Very disappointing as I have heard another of good things about this place but went in and turned Ed around and left straight away. Never again

Not happy with the quality of the stacks. Exchange was difficult not to mention return when the items were purchased within 7 days. How could I know the quality without not opening the wraps and place the kitchen stuff on them?

Worst customer service. Very rude behaviour from one of the retail staff when I asked whether they have stock of a product. She was simply talking with another staff member. They can’t expect the customer to search the whole shop for the product. I have purchased it from the same shop, but couldn’t find it this time, so I went help. But the way she replied made me so upset.

Omg this shop is just so much fun to walk around and I just wanted to buy everything. The staff were amazing and very good at their jobs, polite Nd friendly. Prepare to walk away with things you that you didn't think you need but can't live without. Totally worth a look. I dare you not to buy anything, You will loose because there is something for everyone. Trust me

Brilliant place. I love Asian stuff, and this is like walking into a treasure trove.From kitchen appliances, to keyrings, to bathroom stuff and a lot of other random items, I could wander here for hoursThey even had a square pan I have been looking everywhere for, and it was less expensive than online.Big store. Great place. Music is fantastic too. I highly recommend it

Good prices and good customer service. But I saw a manager (Yuki?) speaking to one of their other staff members really accusationally. I wouldn't want to support a company like this.

It's like discount variety store but the merchandise are from Japan and China. You will find something that you don't actually need but you will buy anyway because it makes your life easier.
