Eumundi Showgrounds and Sports Complex

When we got there i felt we where interrupting the caretakers lifestyle.He was very unwelcomingCould not get him on the phone.We watched people come in and stand there and ring with no answer and he was there.You cannot park on oval so you have to go up the top where there is no level ground. Very noisy so take ear muffs.The toilets and shower looked as though they had not been cleaned for months. Spider webs every where and just generally unclean.The men's toilets stunk.We watched 2 start to settle in and just pack up and left..The grounds are kept very clean.4 other campers we spoke to all stated how rude the caretaker is.If he is so unhappy working there he should move on as this is definitely the wrong career for a people business.

While the site was relatively small it is very close to town. The site is well cared for even with a high level of use. The caretaker is most cooperative and helpful, and helped us settle in quickly. I highly commend him for doing a difficult job with the range of customers with different attitudes. Thanks Dave We will be back and highly recommend it to our friends and fellow travellers

Ok camp for overnight. Make sure you have good earplugs due to truck noise on freeway.

Some road noise next to highway. Hot showers, basic kitchen with sink. However be aware of caretaker. Seems friendly at first, didn't say much. After leaving he decided to message me issues he had rather than confronting me at the time and was rather unpleasant. I'd be cautious.

Had to leave a text to book a night. Waited all day for a text back. Phone should be monitored after 4.30 they didn't answer after that time. Got us stranded. Don't waste your time waiting for these guys to text you back

A great place for an overnighter before going to the Wednesday markets. Well maintained area for parking up the RV. We were lucky enough to score a powered site. Nice and clean amenities with showers separate from toilets. No complaints from us but some people might be put off by the highway noise. Clear and concise instructions/rules upon entry to the camping area.

Everything was fine,except the location directly next to Bruce highway,very loud!! Good showers,toilets and little camp kitchen. If you don't mind the noise,a good place to stay for the night.

The caretaker was incredibly rude when we arrived. We were in a powered site and the power didn’t work. When we advised him he shrugged his shoulders. When we returned after being out for the day the power to my friends caravan had been turned off and he blamed it on overloading the circuit. They had travelled Oz with the this setup and it never happened before. The showers were full of mould and needed a really clean as do the toilets. Don’t stay here if you don’t like road noise as it is on the Bruce Highway. The grounds are kept well, pity the amenities aren’t.
