Probably the most knowledgeable man in the North. Brilliant products and even better service. I recently made the trip from London UK for a guitar set up and after being a regular customer for 10+ years when I lived in Adelaide - I am pleased to say that nothing has changed, Shane is still running the best music shop in South Australia. First time ordering from Bmusic and I must say they have been awesome with advice and there customer service was outstanding!! Shane helped me heaps and replied to all my emails and was pleasant on the phone when I called. I would highly recommend Bmusic for all your needs and there advice is very good! 15.1.22Today after driving 30 mins to get a new guitar string my 13 year old son went into the shop bought one and asked if they could help him do it as he didn't know how, the response was a rude no" and "it's a waste of their time and money

Order put in 14th of December. Order confirmed by email and then nothing...zero communication from the shop and not answering enquiries. Extremely poor customer service
