My fiancé and I had an intimate engagement party. Mike and Alyse were incredible in their knowledge, communication, drink-making and are just great people in general. Our guests all commented on how beautifully the bar was set up and how amazing the drinks were. There were also two amazing mocktail choices for our non-drinking friends. Having unlimited bespoke cocktails at our party was the best possible decision we could've made and it made the night an unforgettable one. We had Bespoke Buffet Cocktail Service for a birthday party. They are fantastic, they are easy to deal with, very responsive to the requests we made for the night, including settting up the bar in keeping with the theme.The cocktails were loved by everyone and they served with style and flair.We highly recommend them.

Alyse and Mike did such a fantastic job on my 40th birthday party. Their planning and communication was excellent from the start, and when it came time for the event, they did a wonderful job taking care of our guests. I was never left with an empty glass! Our guests all raved about the delicious and beautiful cocktails, the fun, friendly and fast service, and the beautiful bar styling. It definitely made the whole party. Also, the team put so much hard work into setting up the bar and then packing away at the end of the night, it really made the clean up very painless for us. Thanks again!

Mike and Alyse provide the perfect home cocktail function. Their set up is quick and well presented and can be located in any setting. Their cocktails are absolutely amazing in presentation, with fruit and herb infusions that taste good too! I would strongly recommend them for any functions you are considering.

Alyse and Mike from Bespoke Buffet were awesome! I contacted 3 or 4 places when looking for a bartender for a hens and was most impressed by Alyse's communication and the professionalism of their package options. The set up was beautiful and Alyse and Mike got there early and made sure everything was perfect for when the guests arrived. The cocktails were great and customised labels were such a nice touch I would recommend for a special event. Great work guys!

We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday this weekend and bespoke buffet was just incredible. Amazing cocktails tailored to exactly what we like. They ran consulting sessions to ensure they understood what the guests love. The set up and pack up was done so professionally and it looked beautiful. The most important thing was the service. Mike and Alyse went above and beyond to ensure at no point a guest was left without a drink. I can’t say enough on how good they were. Hands down the best cocktail service in Sydney for an event.

If you’re looking for a special experience bespoke buffet is for you. We met Wowak through our favourite restaurant and we decided to hire his company for a private birthday event. I couldn’t be more happy with the result! I would say that our group of friends are serious foodies and they were all so impressed with the bar set up and the variety of drinks. Each drink was tailored to our taste and the theme of the night, I would recommend their services to anyone that I know that has an event that they want to make special. I couldn’t sing their praises louder - I wouldn’t use anyone else!Their bar set up added some extra sophistication and whimsy to our party and the drinks were 10/10, 5 stars ⭐️ If you’re a cocktail connoisseur these guys are the bartenders for you!
